Unmuter works to help music lovers discover local artists and concerts in their area. We believe in promoting local music and work towards developing a stronger awareness of talent within communities.

What is Unmuter?

Unmuter is a location-based music AND concert finder for local communities. It works by searching the music of local musicians for wherever and whatever you're interested in. Be it Auckland Rock, Wellington Metal or Country music around all of New Zealand, we will make sure you are informed!

What makes Unmuter different?

While yes, we know there are plenty of gig guides out there. But they simply feel a bit too much like you need to know what you are looking for. We want to encourage you to discover music by making it super accessible and easy!

How do you make discovery easy?

Good question. It used to be easy when the radio played local music on the radio, right? We try to simplify the experience as much as possible by making sure we have all the latest news and information about local artists and concerts and put those artists right in front of you with a few simple clicks.

Complete with lineups and music genres. We even provide playlists for wherever you are looking so you can listen to a concert's lineup before you go!
